Corey Bohan Reacts to Ex Audrina Patridge's Restraining Order Filing

Corey Bohan has responded to Audrina Patridge's restraining order against him.

Patridge, 32, filed for divorce from Bohan, 35, on Wednesday after 10 months of marriage. The TV personality also got a restraining order against her estranged husband, which she mentioned he violated just a day after it was granted by the court. Aside from calling her expletives, she also claimed he planted five video cameras in their home to spy on her.

The professional BMX dirt bike rider has since responded to his ex's allegations. In new court documents obtained by TMZ, Bohan said there were two existing cameras in their home and she knew about them. Additionally, he accused his ex's father for being physically threatening while their divorce is underway. He also complained the restraining order hearing was set on  the same day he was scheduled to see his daughter, Kirra, whom he had not visited in two weeks.

Patridge filed for divorce partly because she fears her former spouse will use Kirra's passport to attempt to take her to his homeland Australia. After being granted the restraining order, Patridge has requested a modification in her domestic violence case.

"On Sept. 18 this court granted me a temporary restraining order, including orders that [Bohan] stay at least 100 yards away from my home, work, vehicle, etc. However the court did not grant an order [mandating that he] move out of my real property," Patridge said in her new filing.

Bohan started dating Patridge in 2008. They spend many years together on and off before deciding to call it quits on her VH1 reality program, "Audrina," in 2011. Later that year, Patridge happily announced that her romance with Bohan was going very well after they left TV behind. They are parents to one daughter, Kirra Max, who was born in June 2016.
