Crazed Kat Von D Fan Ordered to Stay Away After Series of Stalker Incidents
A crazed Kat Von D fan has had a restraining order filed against them by the reality TV star, after being accused of leaving scary messages on the Internet for the star.
The crazed fan has also reportedly shown up at Kat Von D's Los Angeles home, sparking her to take action.
The restraining order, ordering the fan to stay away from Kat Von D, was filed in the Los Angeles Superior Court and names Michael Nunn as the subject of the order.
Nunn is being accused of posting the star's home phone number on the Internet, as well as conducting a sustained attack against the star on social media networking site, Twitter.
The reality star has accused Nunn of harassing her for the past seven months, starting April 2012, making her life hell. She also alleges that Nunn showed up at her house and has made calls to her personal phone number.
In another incident the star accuses Nunn of suddenly showing up in June at a public event that Von D was attending.
In the filing Kat Von D describes Nunn as a man who has "delusional and paranoid tendencies, including the belief that the FBI is watching him."
The temporary restraining order demands that Nunn stay away from Kat Von D by at least 100 yards at all times. The order further commands that the man must cease all contact with Von D and halt messages harassing the star on the Internet.
The court has also said it will meet again later this month when it could be decided that a more permanent restraining order be put in place against Nunn.
