3. Madonna Expresses Herself
Famed pop star singer Madonna was one of the many people to speak at the historic Women's March on Washington.
During her remarks, Madonna dropped the f-word multiple times, with the profanity being aired uncensored by CNN, MSNBC, and C-SPAN.

"Both CNN and MSNBC quickly cut away after Madonna's third f-word, with CNN's Brooke Baldwin apologizing for the expletives that they aired. But C-SPAN stuck with their ongoing coverage of the march," reported The Hollywood Reporter.
C-SPAN radio cut their coverage and apologized to listeners. C-SPAN stayed with the coverage but added a warning, "Portions of this program may contain language that some viewers may find offensive."
In addition to uttering multiple f-words on live television during her speech at the Women's March on Washington, Madonna also got into trouble when she mentioned wanting to blow up the White House.
Speaking before hundreds of thousands of witnesses on the main stage, Madonna stated, "I have thought an awful lot about blowing up the White House, and I know this won't change anything. We cannot fall into despair."
The comments were widely denounced as an official threat on the new president and eventually the Secret Service launched an investigation.
For her part, the 58-year-old singer explained in a statement posted to social media that her comments were taken out of context.
"I spoke in metaphor and I shared two ways of looking at things — one was to be hopeful, and one was to feel anger and outrage, which I have personally felt," stated Madonna.
