'Criminal Minds' Season 11 Episode 11 Spoilers: Dr. Spencer Reid Faces a Challenge That Might Be Bigger Than The Dirty Dozen

It seems that there is something far more dangerous than the Dirty Dozen, and Dr. Spencer Reid (Matthew Gray Gubler) will be facing that danger alone. The genius will be out on a date in the midseason premiere, but the date will not be what he expects it to be since it will end up with a mental showdown.

After a few episodes without Reid, fans will finally see him back in the upcoming "Criminal Minds" episode, which is titled "Entropy," and he'll be out on a date. His date, whose name is Cat Adams (Aubrey Plaza), is apparently not who she claims to be, and according to Movie News Guide, she may put Reid in a life-threatening situation.

The website said that she'll play "highly intellectual" mind games with Reid, and he must act quickly to save the people that Cat has targeted. Ironically, even if the report noted that Reid may be put into grave danger, fans are still excited to see at least some romantic development for him.

Meanwhile, viewers have been following the development of the story of the Dirty Dozen, a group of murderers, throughout the whole season 11 of "Criminal Minds," and every viewer knows how dangerous they are. They were able to trace Penelope Garcia (Kirsten Vangsness), which forced Hotch (Thomas Gibson) to put her into the witness protection program, and many wonder if she'll be able to survive the killers that are hunting her. Viewers are also curious if Cat Adams has something to do with them.

In other news, the "Criminal Minds" spin-off show, "Criminal Minds: Beyond Border," will finally air next year, and a synopsis was released according to Spoiler TV. It reads, "Unit Chief Jack Garrett (Gary Sinise) and his International Response Team (IRT), comprised of military hero and profiler Matt Simmons (Daniel Henney), brilliant tech analyst Russ "Monty" Montgomery (Tyler James Williams) and fearless medical examiner Mae Jarvis (Annie Funke), are a specialized Division of the FBI tasked with solving crimes and coming to the rescue of Americans who find themselves in danger while abroad. In the series premiere, Garrett and his unit travel to Thailand when three American volunteers go missing during a trek to Bangkok. Once there, former colleague Clara Seger (Alana De La Garza), a cultural anthropologist, helps them rush to gather evidence leading to the UnSub before a storm threatens to wash it away." Fans can't wait to see the new crime drama from CBS.

Watch the new episode of "Criminal Minds" this Jan. 13 on CBS.
