The promo reveals that while tracking down the footsteps of the missing women, Reid and JJ will discover a circular door on the ground. The passage leads to a bunker where a huge surprise is waiting for them. All the ladies they are searching for are there, together with small children. The place's creepiness is amplified with the odd way its occupants are dressed.

Everyone is wearing all-white outfits. A voice can be heard calling for the "doctor," stating that he has now more patients to attend to, meaning Reid and JJ. Back in headquarters, Garcia (Kirsten Vangsness) is watching the whole thing. She wonders if the team has stumbled into a twilight zone.
