Dance Moms' Abby Lee Miller Spinoff TV Program? New Show to Focus on Mini Team?

"Dance Moms" will have to go on without Abby Lee Miller, as the dance coach has made a definite leave from the Lifetime show after disagreements with the show producers and some of the Dance Moms have been compounded by her legal issues. The Abby Lee Dance Company (ALDC) founder, however, seems to be planning a spinoff series of her own, following the split with "Dance Moms."

This time, Miller looks to focus on some of her younger students. The ALDC coach recently took to Instagram to drop hints on a possible spinoff show that features the ALDC mini dancers. After the fallout with the show and the dancers that led to Miller exiting her own show, rumors have started that the dance coach has new ideas for a new series.

This was somewhat confirmed when ex-Dance Mom Sari Lopez dropped hints that Miller is actually working on a spinoff series. Sari, mother to "Dance Moms" dancer Areana, spoke with Radar Online about the plans for the new show. "We met with Abby last night," Lopez said. "They're pitching another show with the minis with another network," Lopez revealed in the exclusive interview.

Meanwhile, Miller continues to tease fans about the new TV project that she's working on. Still on social media, Miller posted a photo of one of her meetings at the Beverly Hills Hotel in Los Angeles, alongside which she put the caption "Lunch Meeting at The Beverly Hills Hotel! And I'm the first to arrive? That's right eager to get started!" together with the hashtags that include "#aldcminis" and "#thebestisyettocome."

That new studio could be Warner Bros. Miller has posted on Instagram about possibly working with Mike Darnell, who is the current president of Unscripted and Alternative Television at the network giant, and highly regarded when it comes to reality television.
