'Dance Moms' News: The Irreplaceables Dance a 'More Mature' Routine Much to Abby Lee Miller's Displeasure
The end of the Abby Lee Dance Company (ALDC) as fans know it continues in tonight's episode of "Dance Moms" season 7 titled "There's a New Team in Town Part 2."
As revealed in the previous installment of the reality series, original ALDC members Kendall, Kalani, Nia with Chloe and Camryn decided to leave Abby Lee Miller's studio to form a more mature group called The Irreplaceables.
Brynn and the mini dancers Lilliana, Elliana and Maesi, are left to represent the group. In "Dance Moms" season 7, episode 25, these two teams will go head to head.
As expected, Miller isn't the least bit happy about The Irreplaceables, who, per the synopsis, will perform a "more mature" burlesque routine that shocks the audience.
The promo for "Dance Moms" season 7, episode 25 shows Miller express her frustration about the drastic change that The Irreplaceables underwent:
Those are not the dancers that I raised! I'm very disappointed. It's the epitome of trash.
The performance has been rife with controversy when clips of it first emerged online. Some fans, however, were quick to defend the girls, calling Miller out for doing the same in earlier seasons of "Dance Moms."
Fans harked back to the time the dance instructor had the ALDC girls dance a "topless showgirl" performance in the second season and the controversial "Electricity" number in the first season, arguing that this is so much worse as the girls were way younger that time.
For Kendall's mother Kira, it is simply about the teenagers taking on "a dance that challenges, grows them as dancers and prepares them for the professional world."
Either way, "Dance Moms" season 7, episode 25 is about to change the course of the show forever with the upcoming episodes introducing the brand -new coach in "Dancing with the Stars" professional dancer Cheryl Burke.
"Dance Moms" season 7, episode 25, "There's a New Team in Town Part 2," airs tonight at 9 p.m. ET on Lifetime.
