Dannielynn Birkhead and Ketucky Derby, Anna Nicole Smith's Daughter Shines
The only daughter of Anna Nicole Smith, Dannielynn Birkhead, has attracted the media's attention while attending the Kentucky Derby over the weekend.
Following in the footsteps of her mother who often attended the Kentucky Derby, Dannielynn donned a yellow hat with a large matching flower on Saturday. The child was escorted by her father, Larry Birkhead.
"She is having a great day but is more excited to go to 'Toys R Us' after the race," admitted Birkhead of his daughter, according to Radar Online. The family lives in Louisville, Ky.

An entertainment journalist, Birkhead reportedly met Dannielynn's mother at a party following the very same Derby in 2004.
Birkhead, who bears a strong resemblance to her mother, was named after her half-brother and Smith's late son, Daniel Smith.
Smith died in 2007- just five months after Dannielynn was born- of an accidental drug overdose at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, Fla.
On Sept. 7, 2006 Smith gave birth to Dannielynn Hope Marshall Stern at Doctors Hospital in Nassau, Bahamas. The Bahamian birth certificate recorded the father as business mogul and Smith's attorney, Howard. K. Stern.
Dannielynn's birth was surrounded by controversy as disputes over her paternity ensued. Birkhead steadfastly insisted he was the father, and DNA tests in April 2007 finally established that he was indeed Dannielynn's biological father.
"I hate to be the one to tell you this but, I told you so. I'm the father," said the journalist and former boyfriend of Smith, according to Reuters. "My baby's going to be coming home pretty soon."
Stern did not contest the DNA results.
Many Twitter users have posted about the strong resemblance between Dannielynn and her famous mother.
"Anna Nicole's daughter is so pretty, I hope she grows up to be like the southern belle version of Frances Bean," wrote Angelica.
Perez wrote, "Anna Nicole Smith's daughter is growing up so fast!"
"She is so adorable," wrote OK! magazine of Dannielynn.

In addition to modeling, Anna Nicole Smith starred in her own television series "The Anna Nicole Show" as well as several movies.
