David Blaine Denies Rape Allegations; Ex-Model Natasha Prince Accuses Illusionist

David Blaine denied that he raped model Natasha Prince in 2004 in London. The illusionist issued a statement after a publication posted an exclusive story into Prince's accusations.

Prince claimed she was 21-years-old when Blaine raped her at a private house in Chelsea, London, as per The Daily Beast. She reported the incident to the Child Abuse and Sexual Offences Command in November 2016. The agency then referred Prince's case to Scotland Yard this year, which requested Blaine to travel to the U.K. with his lawyers to answer the accusations.

Blaine's lawyer Marty Singer said that the illusionist denied he raped Prince or assaulted any other woman, for that matter.

"If, in fact, there is any police investigation, my client will fully cooperate because he has nothing to hide," Singer relayed.

Scotland Yard confirmed they have a Chelsea rape case investigation but no other details were revealed. No arrests were made as well.

Prince admitted to not reporting the incident earlier because of her attraction to Blaine. She blamed herself for the assault because she thought she encouraged him.

Blaine, who grew famous for his magic shows on television, apparently invited her to a private residence after meeting him at an event. He gave her something to drink and then proceeded to rape her. She saw Blaine on several instances thereafter and he allegedly acted like nothing happened. She even ran into him in New York when he was with his daughter.

The singer acknowledged that Blaine indeed ran into Prince in the streets of New York over five years ago. The lawyer, however, said Prince invited his client to visit her at work at the Gagosian Gallery.

"This conduct is completely inconsistent with any claim that my client engaged in any wrongful conduct 13 years ago with Ms. Prince," Singer pointed out.

Prince said she finally decided to report the rape after feeling heavy and ashamed all these years.
