'Days of Our Lives' September 26-30 Spoilers: Steve and Kayla Become Closer Anew Amid Son's Kidnapping; JJ Jumpstarts Romance With Gabi

The three escaped criminals continue to sow terror on Salem this week of September 26 according to "Days of Our Lives" (DOOL) spoilers. But, it appears that their big egos will be the ones that will bring them down.
Chaos in Salem continues
The three, Orpheus (George DelHoyo), Clyde (James Read) and Xander (Paul Telfer) continue with their plan of causing as much turmoil as possible. That is, if they can stop their bickering long enough to make their next move. Spoilers for "Days of Our Lives" say that Claire (Olivia Rose Keegan) is kidnapped and tied up with Joey (James Lastovic) in a room.

As the two teens fear for their lives, Xander in particular turns nasty as he watches their hostages. Steve (Stephen Nichols) and Kayla (Mary Beth Evans), according to "Days of Our Lives" spoilers, will put their clashes aside as they worry about their son. Their son being taken hostage will make them reconnect and inch them closer to a real reunion to the delight of DOOL fans.
John and Steve plan daring rescue
Elsewhere, John (Drake Hogestyn) will get a call from Orpheus telling him about his granddaughter's predicament. "Days of Our Lives" spoilers indicate that Orpheus takes great pleasure in taunting John about Claire. John and Steve will eventually team up to come up with a risky plan to rescue the two teen hostages.
Also this week in "Days of Our Lives", Abe (James Reynolds) is gunned down by Clyde in the town square resulting into more chaos in Salem. As Abe lingers between life and death, Theo (Kyler Pettis) tries to keep it all together.
Chad finds a distraction
Elsewhere, Jennifer (Melissa Reeves) tries to help JJ (Casey Moss) have a new perspective in life after her own battle with prescription drug addiction. She will say that Chad (Billy Flynn) may not be the threat that they once thought he was say the "Days of Our Lives" spoilers.
Gabi (Camila Banus) and Chad's bond will be strengthened after they bump into each other this week in "Days of Our Lives". But, they will not take things too far since Chad knows that Gabi is just a distraction while he moves on from Abigail's (Marci Miller) death.
Different directions of two relationships
The thing is, Gabi is truly falling for Chad which will not sit well with JJ. But, Gabi and JJ will be able to get their relationship back on track really soon. JJ will attempt to jumpstart their romance as early as the coming week if "Days of Our Lives" spoilers are to be believed.
This will be unlike where Philip (John-Paul Lavoisier) and Chloe's (Nadia Bjorlin) relationship is going. Chloe will not have a clue at what happened when the paternity test reveals that Deimos (Vincent Irizarry) is not the father of her baby and Philip washes his hands off her.
