'Days of Our Lives' Spoilers: Chad Protects His Family, Ciara Reveals Emotional Secret

There's no happy ending for Chad (Billy Flynn) and Abigail (Kate Mansi) even after their wedding and honeymoon because Ben (Robert Scott Wilson) is still on the loose. According to Celeb Dirty Laundry, Abby will continue to be paranoid over Ben's escape from the psychiatric facility. The trauma brought by Ben to her and to her family was just so deep that there's just no way for her to feel safe until Ben is back behind locked doors.

Heavy detailed that Chad will be tipped off about some activity on the DiMera property. This will lead Chad to ordering guards around the perimeter of the mansion, hoping that they would be able to give his family the security they need from Ben. Chad's priority is to keep Abby and their son Thomas safe and to protect them whatever it takes. But will Chad be able to successfully do it? Actress Mansi is said to leave the show soon. Will her character Abby be killed off? How will Ben return to bring terror to Abby and Chad? Fans will have to stay tuned to find out.

Meanwhile, Ciara (Vivian Jovanni) will be opening up about her deepest secret—that she was raped by her supposed to be stepbrother, Chase (Jonathon McClendon). According to TV Over Mind, Chase had feelings for Ciara. However, she did not feel the same way for him. This lead Chase to force himself to her. And now, Ciara is devastated with it even though she pretends that she is okay. Not everyone knows about it but her mother, Hope (Kristian Alfonso), does and she shares it with Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) who also confides that it wasn't Steve (Stephen Nichols) who killed Ava (Tamara Braun) but Joey (James Lastovic).

International Business Times reported that Kayla will receive a text message from Roman (Josh Taylor). He will tell her to come down to the police station as her son Joey is in the interrogation room. Apparently, Joey will confess about his involvement of Ava's death.

"Days of Our Lives" airs on NBC at 1 p.m. EDT from Monday to Friday.
