'Days of Our Lives' Spoilers for December 31, 2015: New Year's Eve Tragedy
The upcoming episode of "Days of Our Lives" promises nothing but hair-raising moments as New Year's Eve turns out to be a tragedy for some members of the cast.
Spoilers reveal that a deadly car accident is at hand involving Jennifer (Melissa Reeves). Because of the New Year's Eve tradition of drinking until the night falls away, one or two lives will be at stake.
The night only gets more unfortunate as the other person involved in the collision turns out to be Brady (Eric Martsolf). His father, John (Drake Hogestyn), is very worried of how Brady will fare, especially since the latter may need a donor to keep him alive. Unfortunately, John has no more to offer since he has one kidney that spares his life.
Rumor has it that Daniel (Shawn Christian) will probably make the ultimate sacrifice so he can save Brady from the brink of death. While Brady is in a coma, Maggie (Suzanne Rogers) will have to make the most difficult decision in her life.
Other spoilers suggest that after Brady wakes up from his coma, learning about the events that occurred during the tragic car accident will forever change the man that fans know. He will most likely be traumatized and won't completely accept his fate.
As mentioned, Daniel could be the donor that Brady needs for his recovery. However, John is also a reasonable option since a loving father will be more than willing to make a sacrifice for his son even if it means death.
Meanwhile, Abby (Kate Mansi) will also be having her fair share of a bad new year. Previously, she discovered that Chad (Billy Flynn) is the father of baby Thomas. She will want to tell Chad about it but she stumbles upon her former flame in bed with Belle (Martha Madison).
It is yet uncertain if she will still have the guts to tell Chad about her baby's paternity, following the sight she unintentionally saw. This could mean that she will have to wait for the right time to let Chad know about the truth.
"Days of Our Lives" airs weekdays on NBC.
