'Days of Our Lives' Spoilers, Plot News Friday, October 23, 2015: Shawn Returns; Rafe Has Some Shocking News

Following Sonny's (Freddie Smith) painful good-bye to his Salemite people, a familiar face will make his return to the small town and his comeback might mean the end of Aiden's (Daniel Cosgrove) doubtful intentions.

According to Celeb Dirty Laundry, Shawn Brady (Jason Cook) will be making his sweet return to Salem on Friday, and he seems to be uneasy about Hope's (Kristian Alfonso) new love interest.

The outlet notes that Shawn may feel doubtful of what really happened to Bo (Peter Reckell). He will feel that it is unlikely for the guy to drop Hope and suddenly disappear. Although he is unsure of the history behind Bo's disappearance for the longest time, the outlet hints that he may turn his eye on Aiden for answers.

The outlet also says production will have to look for a new face to take Cook's place as Shawn since it has been announced that he will only be on set for two months. It has not been disclosed as to which actor will step up to the plate, but Brandon Beemer is reportedly one of the possibilities since he has played the role before and it won't be too hard to pick up from where Cook has left.

Meanwhile, TV Guide says Steve (Stephen Nichols) and Bo will finally be together, however, not in the position that they expected. The outlet also hints that Jennifer (Melissa Reeves) and Abigail (Kate Mansi) won't be in on JJ's (Casey Moss) newfound career. The two are concerned and will probably find ways to convince him that he didn't make the right choice.

Other spoilers report that Rafe (Galen Gering) will finally spill some shocking news to Gabi (Camila Banus). It is unclear what news he will deliver, but some rumors suggest that he might be talking about family. One rumor implies that he will either tell her about his father's return or he will reveal the truth about Gabi's half sister.

"Days of Our Lives" airs weekdays on NBC.
