'Deadpool' Spoilers: X-Men Character Makes a Cameo

Details about a cameo in the upcoming "Deadpool" movie have been revealed.

Previous reports hinted that a popular character will be making an appearance in the new "Deadpool" movie. It was reported that Hugh Jackman's Wolverine was spotted on the set of the film. Because of that, fans have been speculating that Wolverine will be joining Ryan Reynold's Deadpool in the new film.

However, the recently released trailer of "Deadpool" revealed that another X-Men character will be making a cameo. The trailer showed that those who were responsible for Wade Wilson's powers were experimenting on another being, who fans believe could be Marrow.

In the comic books, Marrow has the ability to produce excessive bones that she breaks off from her body to use as a weapon. Her appearance caused speculations that the upcoming film could focus on the Weapon X, since she and Deadpool both have experiences with the matter.

While it was not revealed whether Marrow will be playing a big role in the new film, fans can expect that her presence will push the story forward.

Aside from a second trailer, a page from the script of "Deadpool" was revealed from the movie's official Twitter page. It featured a fight between Deadpool, Colossus, played by Andre Tricoteux, and Negasonic, Teenage Warhead, played by Brianna Hildebrand. On the page, there were several quirky comments that reflected the theme of "Deadpool" as a whole.

Three teaser photos from the movie were also revealed by Empire. One of the photos provided something new for the audience as it revealed the New Mutants uniform worn by Negasonic Teenage Warhead.

The marketing team of "Deadpool" have been busy during the holidays providing these new collaterals as a part of the "12 Days of Deadpool" promo to excite fans for the film, which will be available in theaters by Feb. 12.
