Dell Latitude 12 Specs, Release Date: Sleek 2-in-1 Designed For Mobile Professionals
According to Dell, its Latitude 12 7000 Series 2-in-1 computer is "built for the mobile elite professional" with "an emphasis on creating beautiful products that people will be proud to carry."
Its Dell Latitude 12 7000 series 2-in-1, a well-designed and elegant device that rivals the look and specs of many premium hybrids on the market today, offers the best of both worlds to those who want both the full functionality of a laptop computer as well as the easy mobility and convenience of a tablet. According to Dell, its Latitude 12 7000 Series 2-in-1 computer is one of the lightest 12.5-inch 2-in-1s currently available and is among the easiest to use, offering two keyboard options to fit any work environment and workplace need.
The device's full-sized Slim Keyboard offers mobile professionals the easiest and most effortless typing experience, with lightweight and backlit chiclet keys that are evenly-spaced and provide a wide range of angles.
In the meantime, the Premium Keyboard, which is also backlit and well-spaced, offers mouse cursor control with a high-precision multi-gesture touchpad and can be single-handedly attached to the tablet.
This 2-in-1 features a magnesium unibody and a screen made from hardened Corning Gorilla Glass with a 4K UltraSharp UHD touch display. It runs on a Core M processor.
Apart from its two keyboard options, the Dell Latitude 12 7000 Series 2-in-1's looks is one of its best features. With no locks, latches, or alignment pins, relying, instead, on magnets, the 2-in-1 computer is sleek and minimalist and easily transitions among various available modes.
The Dell Latitude 12 7000 Series 2-in-1 (7275) hits stores in the United States in early February and will be sold at the starting price of $1049 on Dell.com. In the meantime, the Dell Latitude 13 7000 series laptop (7370) will be available on store shelves beginning March 8 and will be priced most likely at $1299 and up.
