Demi Lovato and Niall Horan a Match? Singer Doesn't Like 'Perfect' Women (VIDEO)

New "X-Factor" judge Demi Lovato and One Direction star Niall Horan reportedly have a mutual affection for each other, but the boy band star may already be taken, according to his father, who revealed that he had a "local sweetheart."

Demi Lovato recently reaffirmed rumors about her crush on boy band star Niall Horan, and it appears that Horan feels much the same.

"I would snog Niall," Lovato allegedly said, although the interview has yet to be revealed. "I do have a little crush on him."

While it may be that Lovato just has an appreciation for One Direction as a band, it appears that she has an even greater appreciation for Horan.

"I love Niall, he is so cute. I hear he's really sweet and he's a cutey pie!" she said.

If Lovato was feeling shy about admitting her crush to Horan in person, others have made it a bit easier on her. During a recent interview with ETalk, the One Direction band was shown a slew of celebrity pictures and asked to name which of them would be interested in each celeb.

"Niall pointed to himself and said he would '100%!' date the 'Skyscraper' singer, while his bandmates unanimously backed him up," Yahoo reported.

Even though Lovato has had a troubled past as of late, that may not matter much to Horan, who has stated the he isn't into "perfect women."

"I won't date a model, because models are perfect and perfect is boring," Horan was quoted as saying on Twitter.

Horans father revealed in May that the young singer may already be taken, though.

"There's a local girl that Niall loves," Horan's father said, according to the Celebrity Café. "I know he thinks of her as his sweetheart. She's very attractive and they're close, but I don't know whether he's made any advances on her yet."
