Demi Moore Leaves Rehab: Where is She Now?

Demi Moore has left rehab after nearly three months of treatment, though it is still unknown where exactly the actress is now.

Moore checked into Cirque Lodge treatment facility in Utah in Jan. after suffering a seizure at home. She was hospitalized "for exhaustion and to improve her overall health," stated representatives. Moore never publicly acknowledged the rumors of substance abuse and anorexia, though friends said she was "in a bad place."

The 49-year-old actress separated from husband Ashton Kutcher right before her hospitalization, leading many to believe that she was having trouble dealing with the breakup. While Kutcher was noticeably absent throughout Moore's hospitalization and treatment, other family members, including daughters Tallulah and Rumer visited her in the hospital.

Friends told People magazine, "Really, it was over the last year her friends saw a change. She wasn't sleeping as well, didn't seem to be eating and looked really gaunt." Moore had already gone through therapy for drug and alcohol abuse in the 1980's but was seemingly doing well until the end of her relationship with Kutcher.

E! News confirms that now Moore is "on vacation" at an unknown location. "She's in no rush to get back to L.A. She's on total lockdown and only talking to a small group of people," a source told the site.

The news comes as a relief to fans and friends who watched Moore change and begin to unravel. "She knows she's in a bad place and needs help. She needed something serious to get her back on track," a source previously told Us Weekly. "Everyone thought she was going to die… It was terrifying."

She certainly has a lot of people pulling for her! Daughter Rumer recently told tz-online that her mother "is on the road to recovery. It's slow going, but we believe in her." Even Zac Efron, who is close to Rumer, stated, "It's tough, but I think she's alright. Me and Rumer have been friends for a long time. I just wish her well. I hope she's doing OK."
