'Destiny 2' PC Version Will Reportedly Be Made Available via Steam
'Destiny 2' also set to be released for the PS4 and Xbox One
Developers have already hinted at some of the ways that "Destiny 2" will be different from its predecessor. However, for many players, no change is more impactful than the fact that this game is now confirmed for the PC.
Notably, the original game was released for the PlayStation 3, PS4, Xbox 360 and the Xbox One.
However, even with a PC port confirmed, interested players still have some questions, including one related to which client will support this upcoming game.

A new report is aiming to provide an answer for that question.
"Several sources in the supply chain" spoken to recently by Gadgets 360 have revealed that the PC version of this upcoming game is apparently set to be made accessible via Steam.
This is potentially good news for many PC players as several of them likely have Steam installed on their gaming rigs already. But with the developers yet to confirm this, they may still need to wait a bit before they celebrate.
Once "Destiny 2" is finally released, players can look forward to accepting new challenges and diving deeper into a storyline that calls on them "to defeat the Red Legion and confront Ghaul."
Along the way, players may have to journey to different worlds, including ones that they may not have seen in the original game, so those are other new elements that may help differentiate the sequel from that first installment of the franchise.
There are obviously still other important elements of the game that players have not been able to get a glimpse of just yet, but that should change soon.
For those interested, the gameplay premiere for this title will be shown during a livesteam that will be broadcasted on May 18.
Players interested in getting "Destiny 2" will then be able to finally get this game as soon as it is officially released on Sept. 8.
