Detroit Pistons vs Cleveland Cavaliers Live Stream, Start Time: Watch NBA Playoffs Online
The East playoffs continue.
Looking every bit like a top seeded team in the Eastern Conference, the Cleveland Cavaliers travel to the Palace of Auburn Hills to face the Detroit Pistons in Game 3.
This feature of the National Basketball Association will be on April 22, 2016 at 7:00 PM ET.
At the moment, the Cavaliers are in a commanding spot with a 2-0 series lead and are looking like an overmatched opponent for the hobbling Pistons.
In the regular season, the Cavaliers looked every bit of the championship contender and many wondered how they would do in the playoffs.
Now, they have silenced the doubters and are putting on a dazzling display as they dominate the young Detroit squad.
In the first game, Detroit hung on for most of the time but eventually dropped off in the final quarter to lose 106-101.
LeBron James led the Cavaliers to victory with 22 points and 11 assists, while Kyrie Irving led them in scoring with 31.
Kevin Love was also a big factor in the victory as he finished with 28 points as Detroit could not contain the big three of Cleveland.
On the other hand, Marcus Morris tried his best as he got 20 points, while Kentavious Caldwell-Pope led the Pistons in scoring with 21.
Detroit's big man Andre Drummond had 13 points and 11 rebounds, but could not establish his presence down low.
And on the second game, the three-point game was on for the Cavaliers as they matched a playoff record of 20 made three point attempts to dominate the Pistons 107-90.
It was not a blowout early as the Pistons even had the lead by the end of the first quarter.
However, it was a scoring display in the third that gave the Cavaliers the lead and JR Smith drained seven three point shots to give the Cavaliers the breathing space.
Cleveland went 53% from beyond the arc to finish the game, while the Pistons only had 24%.
Detroit should try to win by any means necessary or go down 3-0 in the series.
