Devotees Help Clean Bombed Iraqi Churches
A string of church bombings in Iraq on Saturday has caused damages across five Christian churches across Baghdad. Although no casualties have been reported, the severe damages to the churches' infrastructures have made it difficult for the already dwindling Christian population to carry on their services on schedule. Nonetheless, hundreds of faithful Christians offered services on Sunday and soon after began cleaning up the debris. Clean-up and rebuilding works are expected to take place over the course of the next few weeks despite ongoing threats.
