Do Kate Middleton, Prince William Go Halloween Trick Or Treating With Prince George and Princess Charlotte?
Families will celebrate a long-time holiday tradition on Oct. 31. Many usually look forward to dressing in costumes and revving up the fun because it's Halloween.
Does the royal family observe the same traditions during this holiday? Will Kate Middleton (Princess Catherine) and Prince William dress up and join Prince George and Princess Charlotte for Trick or Treat?
Queen Elizabeth, unfortunately, does not celebrate Halloween in public, according to reports. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge might likely follow the Queen even if they have two kids who might love some Halloween fun.
Royal expert Christina Reeves believes that the family will enjoy the festivities at home. The kids, however, won't dress up in costumes nor go trick or treating.
"Kate's mother, Carole Middleton, and sister Pippa Middleton might well put their party planning skills to good use," Reeves said. "It's likely they will throw a private party for George and Charlotte behind closed doors."
Meanwhile, Princess Catherine will be at a sports event on the day of Halloween. She's will be gracing the Lawn Tennis Association's (LTA) Tennis for Kids event.
Several matches will take place among the participants of the children's program that's helping kids love the sport. Princess Catherine will also meet with the organizers and young players, as well as discuss the progress of the training sessions with Coach Core apprentices.
Prince William and his brother, Prince Harry, set up Coach Core. Princess Catherine became a patron of LTA since the Queen gave up her patronage in December 2016 after 63 years.
The Duchess' love for tennis is well-known. Aside from playing the sport since she was a little girl, she's teaching her children to play tennis as well. She's been watching Wimbledon since she can remember.
"It is such a quintessential part of English summer," the Duchess said. "I was really taken by Agassi and Sampras, Ivanisevic and Steffi Graf. That for me was my first memories."
