'Doctor Who' News: David Tennant and Matt Smith Join a Fan's Proposal
It has been known that fans of the BBC series "Doctor Who" have a strong attachment to the series. With that, recent news revealed that there has been a major milestone in the fan based after the most recent Wizard World Convention.
It was stated that fans got to meet Smith and Tennant themselves, as they took part in the Wizard World NYC Convention. They took photos with several fans, and presented a Q&A session as well. Fans were delighted to see the Doctors, especially since Tennant decided to cosplay as Peter Capaldi's Twelfth Doctor.
During the convention, Smith and Tennant were able to partake in a special moment of a couple's lives. Several photos from the convention have been circulating the web, showing the two Doctors present in a wedding proposal of their fellow fans.

The photos show Brad Trechak proposing to his girlfriend Missy Levy while taking photos with Smith and Tennant. Trechak was seen in the photos on one knee as he revealed a ring in front of the two actors. Levy posted the photo on her Instagram account, receiving a horde of likes and views from fellow fans.
In the photos, it seemed as though the actors were surprised themselves. They then looked as though they were celebrating with the couples themselves. According to CNET, Levy stated, "He opened up the ring and asked if I would marry him and I was in total shock but somewhere in the middle of that, I screamed, 'Yes!' When I said yes, that's when the Doctors did the goalie pose. We hugged them and thanked them because they had no idea they were going to be in on it and they were the first people to congratulate us."
