Donald Trump Throws Twitter Tantrum Over Mitt Romney Loss

Donald Trump took to Twitter shortly after President Barack Obama's reelection victory and the real estate mogul refused to accept Mitt Romney had lost the election, blasting President Obama's win as a "sham."

The outspoken entrepreneur, who endorsed the Romney-Ryan campaign early on, has openly criticized President Obama's leadership, raising concerns about his birth certificate and more recently, his college records. On Tuesday, Trump refused to give the President a break and immediately called on GOP supporters to protest his reelection.

"Well, back to the drawing board! We can't let this happen. We should march on Washington and stop this travesty. Our nation is totally divided! Lets fight like hell and stop this great and disgusting injustice! The world is laughing at us. This election is a total sham and a travesty. We are not a democracy!" Trump wrote is a series of tweets.

President Obama won in the crucial swing states of Ohio, Iowa, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, New Hampshire and Virginia, ultimately winning 50.2 percent of the popular vote. Romney, unlike Trump, immediately conceded his loss. He won 48.2 percent of the popular vote, according to the polls.

"I believe in America. I believe in the people of America ... I ran for office because I'm concerned about America. This election is over, but our principles endure," Romney said during his concession speech. "Ann and I will pray for him as he continues to lead this nation."

Trump, however, displayed no humility in his Twitter rant and even encouraged the Republican-run U.S. House of Representatives to blackmail President Obama over healthcare reform.

"Our country is now in serious and unprecedented trouble...like never before," a Trump tweeted. "Our nation is a once great nation divided! The electoral college is a disaster for a democracy. Hopefully the House of Representatives can hold our country together for four more years...stay strong and never give up! House of Representatives shouldn't give anything to Obama unless he terminates Obamacare."

Obama was unfazed by Trump's never-ending "sham" accusations, and instead, the newly reelected President offered a sense of national unity during his acceptance speech.

"Tonight, in this election, you, the American people, reminded us that while our road has been hard, while our journey has been long, we have picked ourselves up, we have fought our way back, and we know in our hearts that for the United States of America the best is yet to come," President Obama said.
