As detailed by the report, the document revealed a lot of details of an upcoming wedding that is slated to take place this season, including the bride and groom's names, the chosen hymns, as well the prayers and vows to be said.

The most interesting aspect of the purported information is that the ceremony is intended for a couple that fans are less likely to expect to tie the knot.

As further divulged, the wedding will be in between Laura Carmichael's Lady Edith Crawley and a certain, yet to be identified character named "Herbert."

Wild speculations about the identity of the groom soon followed after. Express UK (via Vanity Fair) theorized that the man could be Bertie Pelham, the handsome agent of Brancaster Castle with whom Edith had a chat and danced with towards the end of Season 5.

Fans may remember seeing the middle Crawley sister beaming with happiness, hinting further to a fact that she may already have gotten over Gregson.

Although no representative from the show has come up to deny or confirm the spoiler item, a source told The Sun (via Standard), "it seems a bit ridiculous that all those security measures could be put in place and then someone just leaves an order of service lying around for anyone to find."

Stay tuned for more updates.
