'Dragon Ball FighterZ' News: The Smiling Majin Buu Gets His Own Character Trailer

Majin Buu is expected to be one of the more powerful characters in the new fighting game

Majin Buu is one of the most memorable antagonists featured in the "Dragon Ball" series, a character that features such an innocent exterior who also just happens to be in possession of immense power. As it turns out, Majin Buu also left a mark on the developers of "Dragon Ball FighterZ," and so this atypical villain will be included in the upcoming fighting game.

Developers recently came out with a short trailer showing off some of Majin Buu's skills.

The trailer highlighted Buu's incredible agility. Even at his size, he is capable of pulling off some incredible moves that look like they really hurt.

</p><p>The clip also featured one of the more unusual moves in the game, one that involves him firing a beam at his enemy. If the attack finds its mark, the target will then turn into a snack. Majin Buu then proceeds to eat the newly produced snack. It may not be as spectacular as some of the other special attacks in "Dragon Ball FighterZ," but it may still inflict plenty of damage.</p><p>Previously, developers also <a href="https://twitter.com/BandaiNamcoEU/status/916309784143564800" target="_blank">provided</a> some relevant stats further detailing how Majin Buu will act inside the fighting game.</p><script src="https://player.anyclip.com/anyclip-widget/lre-widget/prod/v1/src/lre.js" pubname="christianpostcom" widgetname="0011r00002XMEVu_11109"></script><p>Majin Buu excels in several areas. He gets top marks in power, energy, technique and even reach, and what that means is that he is a genuine powerhouse who can dish out damage from almost anywhere and in a variety of ways.</p><p>The only hope opponents may have against him is that his speed stat is not that good. Quicker fighters will be able to act faster than Majin Buu, and they need to make the most out of every opportunity to land a hit because they may not like it when this character counters.</p><p>Majin Buu along with several other familiar characters will be made accessible to players as soon as "Dragon Ball FighterZ" is released sometime in February.</p></p><p></p></article><div class="d-widget"
