'Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2' News: Additional DLC Details to Be Shared on Nov. 1
Devs have previously announced that four more characters are coming to the game as DLC
"Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2" players can expect to hear more news about the game in the very near future.
Announced recently via the game's official Japanese website, more information about the game will be provided on Nov. 1.
The folks over at Shonengamez.com have provided a translation of the recent announcement, and according to that, the details to be provided are related to downloadable content (DLC) and updates.
Notably, developers already announced not too long ago that there are some new DLC characters coming to the game.
Back in September, it was revealed that Dabura and the Gohan-absorbed version of Majin Buu are going to be made available as playable characters, while Zamasu will be designated as a master.
Then, earlier this month, developers confirmed that two more characters are going to be released as DLC, with those being Android 13 and Tapion. Developers added that new Toppo and Ribrianne costumes will also be offered to "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2" players as paid DLC.
The aforementioned paid DLC items are all expected to be released this fall, but thus far, developers have not provided any exact date of arrival.
Perhaps the Nov. 1 announcement will finally attach a firm release date to those DLC items.
There are other new features coming to "Xenoverse 2" aside from the paid DLC additions.
Upon paying a visit to Conton City, players should notice that there is a new game mode available there. The new mode is known as the Hero Colosseum, and it will give players a new story to go through as they try out a strategic board game that utilizes some special figurines.
This new mode will be included in a free update. The release date for that free update could also be shared on Nov. 1.
More news about "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2" should be made available in the near future.
