'Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2' News: Gohan-Absorbed Majin Buu, Dabura Shine in New Teaser Trailer
New version of Majin Buu and Dabura coming to the game as soon-to-be released DLC
New characters are coming soon to "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2" and players can now enjoy a sneak preview of what they can do.
To be more specific, the additional playable characters on their way to the game are Dabura and the Gohan-absorbed version of Majin Buu.
These two characters were briefly showcased in the trailer below.
Beginning with Dabura, as the trailer showed, this powerful resident of the demon realm possesses quite the unique array of techniques. Dabura is highly skilled in using a sword and he can chain together swift and precise strikes that will be difficult for even the quickest opponents to avoid.
Opponents should not let their guard down when Dabura lets go of his sword. Using his Evil Impulse technique, he can deal heavy damage and subsequently blow an opponent away after executing this move within close quarters.
Dabura can also immobilize the opponent in front of him using the Stone Spit technique, and once that move hits, he can unleash several attacks that will be difficult to recover from.
As for the other additional character coming to "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2," the trailer also showed that the Gohan-absorbed version of Majin Buu will be incredibly difficult to deal with in battle due in part to his extending limbs.
Beyond that, this version of Majin Buu can also use his antenna to hit opponents with a beam attack, and he is also capable of producing ghosts that enemies will have to struggle with.
The Gohan-absorbed version of Majin Buu also features the familiar Kamehameha attack popularized by numerous other characters in the series.
Aside from Dabura and the new version of Majin Buu, the upcoming downloadable content pack will also add Zamasu as a master, Bandai Namco announced previously.
An exact release date for the new DLC pack has not been shared yet, though it should be made available to "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2" players sometime this fall.
