'Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2' News: Learn More About Upcoming DLC Characters Android 13 and Tapion

Android 13 and Tapion coming as paid DLC additions to the game

Android 13 and Tapion are the newest characters coming to "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2," and developers recently elaborated on what they will be capable of inside the game.

Beginning with Android 13, developers shared that he will be able to "read" enemies' data in the game. After "reading" his opponents, the android can then use what he just learned to launch ranged attacks that will be difficult to defend against.

In the anime, Android 13 sported an ability to transform after absorbing Android 14 and Android 15. While in his super-powered form, he becomes capable of launching even more powerful attacks, and it will be interesting to see if those will be featured in "Xenoverse 2."

As for Tapion, it does not seem like he will be as powerful as Android 13, but he can still do some interesting things inside the game.

For instance, Tapion can use the Flute of the Brave to form a barrier that will protect his allies from harm. He is no slouch in the fighting department as well since he can use his quick reflexes and swordsmanship to slice through the opponents who are in front of him.

Both Android 13 and Tapion are paid downloadable content characters who are expected to be released for "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2" sometime this fall.

In addition to Android 13 and Tapion, two more paid DLC characters are set to be made available before the end of this season.

Announced previously by the developers, Dabra and the Gohan-absorbed version of Majin Buu are also going to join the roster.

Zamasu is also going to be designated as a master soon inside the game.

Players can also look forward to the new Hero Colosseum mode being added to the game via an upcoming free update. The new game mode will feature its own story.

More news about "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2" should be made available soon.
