'Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2' News: Tapion and Android 13 Are the Latest DLC Characters Confirmed for the Game
Still unclear when Tapion and Android 13 will be released
"Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2's" roster is still growing, and just recently, developers announced two more characters who will be added to the game.
The latest issue of V-Jump revealed that both Tapion and Android 13 are set to become new roster additions, Gematsu reported.
Those two may not be the most well-known residents of the "Dragon Ball" universe, but they can be promising additions nonetheless.
Starting with Tapion, he is the quiet and mysterious type and one who also bears a great responsibility. Fans may remember him for having a key role when Goku and his friends took on the monster known as Hirudegarn.
Tapion is not at the Saiyans' level as a fighter, but he can still more than hold his own with a sword in his hands and the determination to protect others in his heart, making him a worthy addition to "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2."
As for Android 13, he is not exactly as heroic as Tapion.
Similar to Tapion, Android 13 does not hang around for long, but he does leave a lasting impression on fans. He was designed to destroy Goku, and together with his allies – Android 14 and Android 15 – he does his best to do so.
Even when it seems like Android 13 has been pushed into a corner, he calls on one last trump card, transforms into Super Android 13 and decimates Goku's friends. He ultimately falls short of defeating Goku, though it is clear that he is one heck of a fighter.
It is still unclear when Tapion and Android 13 will be made available for players to purchase.
Previously, developers announced that the Gohan-absorbed version of Majin Buu and Dabura are also set to be added as paid DLC. The new versions of the two will be released sometime this fall.
More news about "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2" should be made available soon.
