'Dragon Quest XI' News: Two More Characters Introduced, May End Up Being Spellcasters Inside the Game

Spellcasters Senya and Veronica join 'Dragon Quest XI's' protagonist and Camus as characters confirmed for the game

New details about the characters who will be featured inside "Dragon Quest XI" have been shared recently, and they appear to be two spellcasters.

The new bits of information related to these characters were included in a recent issue of the Weekly Jump, and Gematsu has translated the important details.

The first of the two new characters is Senya. According to the brief description provided, Senya is a young lady who possesses a peaceful disposition and, quite possibly, healing spells too.

Senya is also shown with a harp in hand in the magazine, though it's unclear if this will be her weapon of choice inside the game and if this may be what she uses to cast healing magic spells.

The second of the new characters revealed is Veronica. Veronica is described as "a prodigy that knows no fear" and aside from her determination, she may also be able to use different attack spells to defeat opponents in battle.

Senya and Veronica will likely end up joining the other characters that have been previously revealed for "Dragon Quest XI."

Square Enix previously provided some important details about the game's protagonist and Camus, and a separate report from Gematsu contains the relevant information.

According to the report, the game's protagonist is apparently the reincarnation of a hero who saved the world before. The protagonist is also set to embark on a long journey inside the game so that he can learn more about his background as well as his destiny.

Also set to be featured in the game is Camus. Developers have shared that Camus is a loyal companion and his previous work as a thief may end up being helpful to players inside the game.

More news about "Dragon Quest XI" and the other characters it will feature should be made available soon.
