Drake Releases Song Aimed at Chris Brown, Rihanna?

Drake, the 25-year-old rapper, recently released his song "5 AM in Toronto" that have some questioning if he is referencing rival singer Chris Brown and his girlfriend Rihanna.

Drake and Brown, the 23-year-old singer-songwriter, were both involved in a bottle-throwing altercation that took place at New York City's WIP nightclub last summer. In his song, Drake referenced an incident over the summer that may lead some to believe he is speaking about Brown.

"Bad press during the summer over allegations/ I ain't lyin', my (expletive), my time is money," Drake rhymed. "That's why I ain't got time for a (expletive) whose time is comin."

He also released a rhyme in the song that had some speculating about him referencing 25-year-old Barbadian pop star Rihanna, who also happens to be Brown's girlfriend.

"Where you think she at when she ain't with you?/ Wildin', doin' (expletive) that's way out of your budget," Drake rhymed. "Owl sweaters inside her luggage, you gotta love it / Damn, this (expletive) could go on a tape."

A number of people took to Twitter to react to Drake's new song that they believe was aimed at Brown and Rihanna.

"Drake how are you going to release a diss record aimed at Chris Brown almost 7 months from the incident," one person questioned on Twitter.

Another individual took to Twitter to question why Drake spent time in the studio in what seems to be a song aimed at disrespecting Brown and Rihanna.

"So Drake makes a diss track called 5am in Toronto to insult @rihanna, @chrisbrown, why not tweet the insults, saves money," the person tweeted.

While Drake has not yet confirmed who his subliminal rhymes were aimed at, Brown released his own song aimed at the rapper soon after the WIP nightclub incident took place last summer.

Two weeks after the brawl, Brown released a remix of Chief Keef's track "I Don't Like," with a few words aimed at Drake.

"They throwin' bottles, I'm throwin' models, This head up, my bread up, one on one, what you scared, bruh?/ Matter fact, take care bruh, you a (expletive)," Brown rapped. "Them eyebrows, man, them shits is yikes."

The 23-year-old singer was a bit more forthcoming when speaking out about Drake at a recent appearance in a California club.

"The DJ can play this (expletive) but I want you all to know, (expletive) Drake," Brown told the audience at Emerson Theatre in Hollywood, Calif. recently when the DJ decided to play Drake's song "Started From The Bottom."
