Drew Barrymore Shops Wedding Dresses
Actress Drew Barrymore has been spotted shopping for a wedding dress following her engagement to longtime boyfriend Will Kopelman.
The couple has set their wedding date in June, reported Us Weekly.
Barrymore picked a summer wedding "because she wants to get married before the baby comes, but doesn't want to be huge," said a source close to the actress.
The insider confirmed that Barrymore recently visited Paris in search of the perfect gown. She is said to have chosen a dress by Chanel, where Kopelman's father used to serve as head of the fashion house.
"Drew met with his staff and had the first of many fittings," the source told Us Weekly. "She'll likely put [Kopelman's] nieces and nephew in the wedding party."
While rumors of her engagement were confirmed, a new round of gossip has speculated that Barrymore is pregnant. The couple has not commented on the pregnancy reports.
Barrymore and Kopelman have appeared inseparable attending events from Broadway shows to sporting events together after their relationship blossomed in 2010.
The 37-year-old became engaged to the art consultant over the holidays in Sun Valley, Idaho, and "they are very happy together," according to an insider close to the couple.
According to People magazine's insider, Barrymore's wedding dress will be added to her engagement ring which is from London jewelry company, Graff.
The child star of "E.T." has been married twice already. In 1994, Barrymore married film producer Jeremy Thomas for a brief period. In 1999, she remarried comedian Tom Green until 2001.
Barrymore recently appeared in the film "Big Miracle." In addition to acting, she is also a film producer and director. Barrymore's company, Flower Films, is responsible for "He's Just Not That Into You," "Charlie's Angels," and "Going the Distance."
Despite her Hollywood career, the actress still finds time to volunteer for charity. In 2007, Barrymore donated $1 million to the U.N.'s World Food Programme, and as a result was named Ambassador Against Hunger for the organization.
