"Duck Dynasty" star Willie Robertson told Larry King that he is "not the judge" when it comes to how people live their lives in a Dec. 15 interview.

"I'm not the judge," Willie said when King asked whether he thought being gay or lesbian was a choice. "Larry, I'm trying to figure that out right now, I really am. God's going to be the judge, so it's not my job to convince people to change their lives … if I just introduce them to Jesus, He'll do that."

In the interview, Willie also explained that he did not necessarily agree with what his father, Phil, said in an interview with GQ last year. His sentiments follow those made in March, where Willie told CNN that he believed what the Bible says and that people have to read the Bible and make up their own minds.

"You have to decide and God will ultimately decide that. We don't profess to be God and we certainly don't profess to be perfect at all because we have our own sins that we deal with," Willie added.

Phil's interview with GQ set off a firestorm when he stated that homosexual intimacy was "just not logical."

"That's just me," the Robertson patriarch said. "I'm just thinking: There's more there! She's got more to offer. I mean, come on, dudes! You know what I'm saying? But hey, sin: It's not logical, my man. It's just not logical. Everything is blurred on what's right and what's wrong. Sin becomes fine. Don't deceive yourself … it's just not right."

"Some of the things he said in that interview, I didn't agree with – and I've even said so," Willie told King. "We love everybody … In this business, there are a lot of people who are gay."

He and wife Korie will be more of a presence on the hit A&E series "Duck Dynasty" in the upcoming season.
