The Duggar family is preparing for one daughter's wedding while already thinking about another, and that has parents Jim Bob and Michelle reflecting on their daughters' lives and futures and the plans that God has for each one of them.

In an upcoming episode of "19 Kids & Counting," Jim Bob and Michelle ponder their own daughters' weddings as they watch a family friend marry her husband.

"I'm sure there will be dad Jim Bob walking our girls one by one, walking down that wedding aisle," Michelle tells the cameras. "It's an exciting season of life in our family. We look forward to each of our children meeting and marrying the one that God has for them."

Daughter Jill is engaged to Derick Dillard after nearly a year of courtship and a short engagement. The two will exchange vows on June 21, 2014 after Jim Bob introduced Derick to Jill in August of last year.

"He give me Jill's phone number and we began texting, then emailing, then Skyping/talking on the phone. Over the next few months we became very grateful for modern technology as we continued to get to know each other better," Derick wrote in a post on their website. "Most of our conversations were centered around our values and life goals."

The two got engaged on March 29 and are eagerly awaiting their wedding, where they will exchange their first kiss and begin their new life together.

Daughter Jessa is currently in the middle of courting her boyfriend Ben Seewald. The two have been together for some time, and dad Jim Bob says that the two "are enjoying getting to know each other and recommending sermons to one another. It appears like a match made in heaven."

During courtship, the entire Duggar family participates. The younger children often accompany their older siblings on "dates," as the two actually courting are not allowed to be alone together. The family adheres to their strict religious and family values during this time and strive to see that the courtship ends in marriage.
