Duggar Family news 2015: As clan celebrates Michelle's birthday, Jessa and Amy get slammed by fans for social media posts

Michelle Duggar has just celebrated her birthday and the "Duggarville" matriarch received a special treat from her family in the form of a series of videos wishing her a happy day.

Jessa (Duggar) Seewald said in a video that she is looking forward to implementing her mom's parenting skills when she welcomes her baby with husband Ben. She particularly pointed out how her mother is "very patient with the kids" and remains calm in handling a younger Duggar acting up.

According to People, the soon-to-be mom also appreciated how her mother is "always pointing us to Jesus" in hard times, probably recalling the previous scandals their family got involved in.

Other family members, including Josiah, Jana, and Jim Bob, shared their own words of appreciation for the clan's mother who seemed to have remained strong, despite the scandals that the eldest Duggar, Josh, had his family involved in.

Meanwhile, Amy, who has recently changed her last name from Duggar to King, received some hard criticisms from fans after her husband, Dillon King, posted a video that showed Amy wearing a no-strap two-piece, Inquisitr reported.

Some fans said Amy should have had "a little more modesty," as the bikini showed a lot of her body, while some pointed out that a lot of little girls are looking up to her and everything she wears and posts on social media would be something her younger fans would fancy.

As the family continues to battle the consequences of Josh's decisions, Amy isn't the only one who received a hard hit on the back. Jessa also found herself in the middle of a storm when several fans dissed her selfie.

In the Twitter photo, the reality star isn't wearing anything that questions "modesty" as she is wearing a polka-dotted maternity sleeveless shirt. However, fans said she was being vain, with one follower asking, "Isn't vanity a sin?"

Another follower said Jessa doesn't need 1,000 people telling her that she looks great after each selfie, and one slammed her for spending "an awful lot of time in front of that mirror."
