Michigan State have eliminated three teams that are seeded higher in this tournament.

The top two teams from the East and South Regions have emerged and will meet in the Final Four of the NCAA Men's Division I Basketball Tournament as the Michigan State Spartans face the Duke Blue Devils.

Tip-off is on April 4, 2015 at 6:09 PM ET.

Michigan State took a tough route on the way to the Final Four, going past Georgia in the second round of the competition.

In the 70-63 victory, Bryn Forbes helped off the bench with 14 points as Denzel Valentine led the way with 16.

Next was a faceoff against number two seed Virginia and Michigan State completed the upset behind 23 points from Travis Trice. The guard shot 7-of-15 from the field and 50% from beyond the arc as they advanced to the next round.

In the Sweet 16, they were given another tough task to beat third-seeded Oklahoma Sooners but they showed they were up to the task.

Trice and Valentine again carried the scoring load for the Spartans who did just enough to oust their rivals 62-58.

In the Elite Eight, the Spartans faced Louisville and needed overtime to eliminate the region's fourth seed. The usual players provided for Michigan State as Trice scored 17, Valentine had 15 and Forbes contributed 14 off the bench to get the 76-70 win.

Meanwhile, Duke cruised through the competition after entering as top seed.

They dominated Robert Morris 85-56 behind 22 points from Quinn Cook. The guard made 8-of-12 from the field and 60% of his shots from beyond the arc to help the Blue Devils ease past their opponents.

Next was a 68-49 win over San Diego State in a match where the eighth seed were blown out in the first half. Jahlil Okafor finished the game with 26 points and six rebounds.

Against fifth-seeded Utah, Duke had a tougher time but still managed to keep the Utes at bay with a 63-57 win behind Justise Winslow's 21 points. Tyus Jones added 15 while Cook had 11.

Duke would then book their place in the Final Four by eliminating number two team Gonzaga 66-52 with all their points coming from the team's starting five.

Matt Jones and Winslow had 16 points each, Jones had 15, Cook shared with 10 points and Okafor had a steady nine points in the contest.
