Eagle Attacking Deer (VIDEO): Photos of Eagle Attack Stun Viewers
Photos of an eagle attacking a deer have stunned viewers around the world after the images went viral on the Internet.
The photos were in fact taken in southern Russia, with the cameraman initially setting up his equipment to try and get pictures of Siberian tigers.
However, the shots he actually managed to get are stunning, and show clear photos of the moment that an eagle swooped down and grabs hold of a deer.

Dr Linda Kerley from the Zoological Society of London said: "I've been assessing deer causes of death in Russia for 18 years – this is the first time I've seen anything like this."
She added, "I saw the deer carcass first as I approached the trap on a routine check to switch out memory cards and change batteries, but something felt wrong about it.
"There were no large carnivore tracks in the snow, and it looked like the deer had been running and then just stopped and died. It was only after we got back to camp that I checked the images from the camera and pieced everything together. I couldn't believe what I was seeing."
In another incident in Montana two years ago another eagle was caught grabbing a baby deer, but as it tried to carry it away it dropped the dead fawn mid-air as it flew over some power lines. The incident sparked a power outage cross the area due to the damage to the power lines.
Five years ago, another eagle was seen swooping down to attack a mountain goat. In that incident the force of the eagle's attack knocked the goat off the side of the mountain, sending it flying hundreds of feet below. The eagle then continued its attack.
