Eddie Redmayne Expecting Second Child with Wife Hannah
The Redmayne household is about to get bigger as it has been confirmed that the "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them" actor Eddie Redmayne and his wife, Hannah, are expecting their second child together.
A representative for the couple had broken the wonderful news to E! saying, "Eddie and Hannah Redmayne are delighted to confirm they are expecting their second child."
It looks like the Oscar-winning actor and his wife are in a hurry to build their family seeing as their first child was born only last year — a daughter, Iris Mary. A report first published by The Daily Mail contained photos showing the couple attending the Sarabande: The Lee Alexander McQueen Foundation Jewellery Series Preview and Hannah looked to be in the early stages of pregnancy as evidenced by her somewhat obvious baby bump.

Eddie Redmayne married then-Hannah Bagshawe back in 2014, and in 2016, announced that they were expecting their first child. The couple reportedly met while Redmayne was attending Eton College. Bagshawe attended the nearby girls boarding school and their first encounter was during a charity fashion show organized by Bagshawe's classmate where Redmayne volunteered to walk topless.
Shortly after, they would soon develop a 12-year-long friendship, but it was in 2012 that the two would start dating while the actor was on a break from shooting the film "Les Miserables." Eddie Redmayne has now been with Hannah for five years and married for two. He would eventually star in the Stephen Hawking biographic film "The Theory of Everything," a role which earned him several accolades including the prestigious Academy award for Best Actor.
While the couple lived a somewhat private life, Redmayne would at times give a glimpse as to what parenthood has been like for him. Speaking to Ellen Degeneres about his daughter, the actor shared both the hardships and joys of being a parent saying, "Occasionally there's that amazing thing where it's three o'clock in the morning and you're sort of gently furious and you get a little smile and your heart breaks a bit and it's all totally worth it."
