Enrique Iglesias to Perform Halftime of Cowboys Game on Thanksgiving for Salvation Army
Enrique Iglesias will celebrate the 120th anniversary of the Salvation Army on Thanksgiving with a concert at the Dallas Cowboys game.
Iglesias made the announcement during his show at Madison Square Garden for his sold out Euphoria tour. His performance at the Cowboys vs. Miami Dolphins game on Nov. 24 will take place during halftime.
The exact cause of the celebration is for Salvation Army's Red Kettle Campaign that began in San Francisco in 1891. The kettle campaign is the biggest and longest running fundraiser of its kind. The goal of the campaign is to collect food to feed hungry struggling or homeless people during Christmas time.

The organization raised $142 million in 2010, and $1.4 billion in total since collaborating with the Cowboys.
The football team has been linked to the organization for the last 15 years, and the Salvation Army is asking the Cowboys fans to log onto Onlineredkettle.org for a chance to see the halftime performance live.
Iglesias is the son of Latino legendary singer, Julio Iglesias. The 36-year-old Spanish singer gained popularity during the 1990s becoming one of the best selling Hispanic artists of all time. Around 2000, he crossed over to the English music market, and signed a deal with Universal music Group for $50 million.
Iglesias has five Billboard Hot 100 singles with two of them reaching No. 1. He also has 22 number No. 1 Spanish language singles on Billboard's Hot Latin Tracks earning the nicknames – The King of Latin Pop and The King of dance according to Billboard.
He has won 16 Billboard Music Awards and 23 Billboard Latin Awards as well as five American Music Awards, one Grammy, and one Latin Grammy along with seven World Music Awards.
The artist has sold over 100 million records worldwide.
