Eva Longoria Talks Kids: 'Not in My Future,' Actress Says

Eva Longoria recently revealed that having kids is not a priority at this point in her life.

The "Devious Maids" producer, 39, attended a Brita Burbank YMCA special event in California to celebrate the company's donation of water filtration pitchers and dispensers to YMCAs around the U.S. It was there that she was asked about her plans to become a mother.

"It's just not in my future," she told People magazine about having kids.

"With kids, I love their energy and spirit and innocence," she said. "It's really important for us to be here today to talk to them about water because that stays with them. Water's the original energy drink. Water is really good for you. Water can be fun."

The former "Desperate Housewives" star is currently dating Mexican billionaire Jose Antonio Baston, 46. He is the president of Televisa, the largest media company in Latin America and the pair have been linked since November last year.

"I'm not one of those women who are like, 'I must procreate!' I think kids are a product of love," she once told "Access Hollywood Live."

"So, if you find the right person and you want to have a family with that person, then that's when the time is right," she continued. "But ... if I'm 50 and single, I'm not going to go do it myself."

Longoria was previously married to Tyler Christopher in 2002 and Tony Parker in 2007. Despite her failed marriages, she has said in the past that she has not ruled out the possibility of a third wedding.

"I didn't say I would never get married again," she once said. "There's nobody in the works now. So, it's not really on my mind."

Prior to Baston, Longoria was linked to reality star Ernesto Arguello, NFL star Mark Sanchez and Eduardo Cruz.

In July 2013 various reports claimed the actress was dating Hollywood actor George Clooney but these reports were false.

"As interesting as the George Clooney rumors are, they aren't true. George and I have been friends for years," Longoria tweeted on July 18.
