Basketball Wives News: Evelyn Lozada Aiming to Lose Baby Weight Just 2 Months After Birth
Evelyn Lozada may be ready to give birth next month but she is already thinking about losing all of her baby weight two months afterwards.
Lozada, the 38-year-old "Basketball Wives" star and entrepreneur, revealed that she is pregnant with her fiance L.A. Dodgers star Carl Crawford's baby. However, she is placing bets when it comes to her ability to lose weight after having her baby.
"I have already spoke with Jeanette Jenkins, we are going to start training here in L.A. and I have a bet going that I can get this body back in two months," Lozada explained to HipHollywood recently. "So I'm going to be super focused as soon as I get the clear."
Last year she opened up about the criticism that she may have received for giving birth at her age.
"I think that when God blesses you with a child, then that's the right time. And if people want to say I'm old, then hey that's fine," Lozada told omg! Insider last year. "It doesn't bother me. I think right now is the perfect time for me because um, I'm older and I feel like I can really enjoy this moment."
Lozada revealed she was praying for a baby boy 20 years after giving birth to her only other child, Shaniece.
"Surprisingly, I found out when I had my first trimester screening," Lozada previously told People magazine. "I was about 13 weeks when they told me the sex! I was honestly praying for a boy. I have wanted to have a son for years."
The reality television personality had her official baby shower recently where she showcased a note written in lipstick on a mirror for her future son.
"I'm beyond excited to know that I will be meeting you soon," the note reads, according to blogger Necole Kane's reports. "I promise to protect you and guide you and give you everything you need so you grow up into the amazing man I know you will be. All my love, mom."
