Evelyn Lozada, Chad Johnson Officially Back Together (PHOTOS)
Evelyn Lozada and Chad Johnson recently made their first public appearance together less than two months after finalizing their infamous divorce.
The tumultuous couple was recently photographed attending a family dinner at Southstreet Restaurant in Miami, where onlookers appeared stunned to see the divorced pair happily walking hand in hand. Lozada, 38, was beaming with joy and Johnson, 34, could not take his eyes off of his ex-wife in the photos which were first posted by celebrity gossip site NecoleBitchie.com.
The reconciliation confirmation comes less than one week after Johnson, who split from Lozada just one month after their wedding, confirmed that the pair was again living together.
"Are you and Evelyn talking again? Thanks Jennifer," one of Johnson's Twitter followers asked him on Christmas day.
"We live together. No choice but to talk," Johnson tweeted Dec. 25.
Lozada filed for divorce from the former Miami Dolphins player in August following a domestic dispute which left the "Basketball Wives" star sustaining injuries to her forehead. She had approached Johnson over a receipt for condoms and after admittedly assaulting his wife, Johnson revealed that he had in fact engaged in extramarital affairs.
"I would like to wish Evelyn well and will never say anything bad about her because I truly love her to death," Johnson said in a public apology to TMZ.com. "To all the fans and supporters I have disappointed, you have my sincerest apologies. I will stay positive and get through this tough period in my life."
Johnson was arrested and charged with the assault over the head-butting incident although he recently pled no contest to the charges and he was able to avoid jail time.
On Dec. 17 Lozada reunited with Johnson in a Florida courtroom, where she agreed to drop her restraining order against him.
