'Fast and Furious 7' Release Date: April 2015 Premiere Scheduled, Statham, Azalea, and Walker Brothers Cast

The seventh installment to the "Fast and Furious" franchise is set to be released on April 3, 2015 in the U.S.

This title will be the first film to take place after the events of "Fast and Furious: Tokyo Drift." The three previous installments took place in between "2 Fast 2 Furious" and "Tokyo Drift." The title will also mark the final appearance of the late Paul Walker who died on Nov. 30, 2013 while the film was still in production.

In response to his untimely death, the producers have decided that he will be retired off from the film instead of being killed off in a car crash, which is how he died in real life. The scenes will be played out with doubles that have similar body types to Walker with his face placed in via CGI. Earlier this year, it was announced that Walker's brothers Caleb and Cody will be used as stand-ins for the film.

The film will follow the defeat of Owen and his crew in the sixth title and will see the return of Dominic Toretto played by Vin Diesel, Brian O'Connor played by Walker, Luke Hobbs played by Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, and Mia Toretto, played by Michelle Rodriguez.

A year ago after the premiere of the sixth "Fast and Furious" title, the villain was revealed by Michelle Rodriguez to be played by Jason Statham, famously known for his roles in "The Transporter" and "The Expendables."

Australian-born rapper Iggy Azalea was also revealed by Diesel to appear in a cameo in the seventh installment of the film. The revelation happened during Diesel's interview with France's Skyrock FM while he was promoting his recently premiered film, "Guardians of the Galaxy," where he voices Groot.

It was when Diesel was asked by the French radio show whether he would dance to Jason Derulo's "Wiggle," Azalea's "Fancy," and Ariana Grande's "Problem."

"Well, Iggy Azalea, I just worked with her two weeks ago. I guess you'll be the first person that knows this – we casted her in Fast and Furious 7. She has a cameo in Fast & Furious 7," Diesel said. Then to answer the question he adds, "I'm going to be loyal to Iggy."
