'Fixer Upper' Season 5 to Air in November 2017?

Chip and Joanna Gaines, the power couple behind HGTV's hit home renovation series "Fixer Upper," will return with a new season later this year.

According to Starcasm, season 5 will likely air in November if HGTV will follow through with the usual schedule. At the moment, there is still no new update on when the show will return.

In a post on her blog last December, Joanna let slip that they have already started filming new episodes for the upcoming installment. One of the future projects she mentioned was the refurbishing of the Magnolia Silos, something that she and husband Chip have been planning for a while. Joanne said they have already finalized the architectural details for the project.

"If you have been to the Silos you've probably seen Chip's tiny little corner or you may have missed it because it's that small. He will finally get his hardware/general store that is going into one of the Silos. Our goal is to have that project completed by the end of next year," Joanne said in her blog post.

Meanwhile, the last finale showcased what was probably the Gaineses' biggest project yet. When executive producer Michael Matsumoto decided to look for a home in Waco, Texas, he urged Chip and Joanne to take the challenge and build him a home for his wife and two kids. Matsumoto's family planned to get a place in the Lone Star state and leave the hustle and bustle of Los Angeles. The property chosen for the EP cost $12,500 and was a bit rundown, but the couple promised everything would be okay.

According to PEOPLE, by the time the Gaineses were finished with the remodeling, Matsumoto got his dream home - a farmhouse-style house with a dining area, alfresco style, a "shiplap-covered" kitchen, a cozy living room for the family and a yard for his children to run around and play on.
