The statement is in contrast with a previous report, saying that the 40-year-old professional boxer met her in Las Vegas last year and helped her recover from her split-up with long-term boyfriend Rob Davis. The reports also claimed that Mayweather flew her to the US several times and introduced her to his family.
The speculations about their relationship were also sparked by a photo where Clarke was seen cozying up with the boxer in her bikini.
The brunette beauty hinted that she and Mayweather had a close relationship but decided to call it quits in an interview with Closer.
"I met Floyd last year in Vegas..." Clarke stated. "I've had a lot of relationships with high-profile men, I attract them - I don't know why - but I keep it quiet.
