'Fresh Off the Boat' season 2 spoilers & update: Family will go on a vacation, guest stars revealed

Season two of the comedy series "Fresh Off the Boat" is fast approaching and fans of the show can't wait to laugh out loud already. And they sure are in for a treat as the Huang family will be going on a vacation when the hilarious show returns.

In the new promo posted in Fashion & Style, it showed the Huangs packing up their bags for a trip to place that is yet to be revealed. But by the looks of it, they're staying in a resort with an amusement park—a place that the boys will surely go crazy for especially with the thrilling and fun rides. But while everyone else will be enjoying, Louis (Randall Park) is going to be extremely surprised with the hefty bill. Nonetheless, he only wants his family to enjoy the moment so he books his wife Jessica (Constance Wu) a massage at the spa, wherein she revealed that her joy involves micromanaging her family.

The 30-second promo didn't reveal much but doesn't mean the spoilers stop there. In a report by Entertainment Weekly, Rob Riggle is said to be making an appearance in an upcoming episode of the show. The "Daily Show" alum will play as Gator Dan, a Gator World employee who is "very serious" with his job. Basing on the exclusive first-look photos of Riggle's debut on the show, he will be meeting Eddie Huang (Hudson Yung) who is in the theme park for afamily vacation that is made possible because of the success of their restaurant, Cattleman's Ranch. With a personality like Eddie's, perhaps an "intense" interaction with Gator Dan is bound to happen.

Aside from Riggle, another star who will make a guest appearance is basketball legend Shaquille O'Neal. He will be entering the show on the third episode that will be titled "Shaquille O'Neal Motors," according to HNGN. There are no details yet as to what kind of role the 43-yearold retired basketball player will do but fans are certain that Eddie is going to go ballistic once he will meet one of his heroes.

Season two of "Fresh Off The Boat" will return on Sept. 22 on ABC.
