'Fuller House' Season 4 Release Date News: When Will it Premiere?

"Fuller House" now has season 3 up and ready for binge-watching since last Friday, Sep. 22. This is progress on a concrete release date for the fourth season, which is expected to be announced sometime after a season 3 detail is decided on.

Season 3 of "Fuller House" is now out and showing on Netflix just before last weekend, but it's not the whole extent of the third run of the show, as Bustle notes. There's a season 3 part 2 still waiting to be scheduled, as well.

This season's launch also marks 30 years since the first ever "Full House" episode went on air, and as such, this third season is a significant milestone to the cast and crew of "Fuller House." With that in mind, the showrunners and Netflix might put six months in between before they put out the second half of the current "Fuller House" season.

This decision puts season 4 at least a year away, and fans can expect it to premiere sometime in late 2018.

Then again, filming for season 3 part 2 of "Fuller House" is already done, according to Entertainment Tonight. This opens up the possibility that Netflix could put it out sooner than usual, like the way season 2 was released in the holiday season. Season 4 of "Fuller House" can then air earlier next year, rather than the expected fall date.

While the decision to split season 3 in half is a bit puzzling, it looks like the show's creator, Jeff Franklin, still has more seasons in store. "I'm having a lot of fun with these people that I love so much," he said.

"And to get to work with them again is ridiculous and it's a whole new thing because they were all little kids when we worked together the first time," Franklin shared with Us Magazine.

The video below shows a few upbeat scenes from the third season of "Fuller House," now available on Netflix since Friday, Sep. 22. The second part of season 3 is waiting to be scheduled anytime soon, with news of a season 4 date expected to come afterward.
