A Samsung device launch timeline recently leaked, revealing the release date for the Galaxy Mega 6.3-inch version.
The massive smartphone is set to launch during the fourth week in May with a black model expected to be released in the middle of June, according to the timeline.
This list also included the Galaxy Mega 5.8-inch model and Galaxy S4 Zoom. That device will launch in white in the third week of May with a black model also arriving in the middle of next month. The Galaxy S4 Zoom will launch in black in early June, with a white model following mid-June. The Galaxy S4 Mini is expected to launch on the heels of the S4 Zoom.
The 6.3-inch Galaxy Mega comes with an HD display, which has close to 720p resolution. It also has a dual-core 1.7GHz processor, Android 4.2, an 8-megapixel camera and multiple software features such as Air View, Multi Windows, and Pop-up Play.
The device also features GPS, GLONASS, and a 3,200mAh battery to keep the phone powered while using all of these features. Users will also be able to install a microSD card in order to expand the Galaxy Mega's memory.
The Galaxy Mega 5.8-inch model comes with HSPA connectivity only. It features a qHD display with 960 x 540 resolution with a 1.4GHz dual-core processor. It comes with the same 8-megapixel camera as the larger version and is sold with only 8GB of internal storage.
The Galaxy S4 Zoom features a 4.3-inch qHD SAMOLED display, 8GB of storage, microSD slot, Bluetooth 4.0, and will run Android 4.1, JellyBean. The device is also rumored to feature either a dual-core or quad-core processor, however, the choice has not been made at this time, according to a recent report.
