Galaxy Nexus 2 Release Date Revealed as Specs Leak for Handset?
The Galaxy Nexus 2 release date could be approaching as the specifications for the handset were discovered in a User Agent Profile.
The profile contained a device under the codename GT-i9260, which is believed to be the Galaxy Nexus 2.
Specifications on this device include a 720 x 1280 display with an ARM 11 processor.

Various tech publications have raised questions over the ARM 11 processor as it really has not been used in many of the newer smartphones. However, the ARM 11 included in this device could be a new version made specifically for the Galaxy Nexus 2.
Samsung and Google have already begun working on a successor to the wildly popular Samsung Galaxy Nexus, according to some publications.
This device will debut running either Android 4.1, JellyBean software or Android 5.0, Key Lime Pie. However, none of this information has been officially confirmed by the company.
Last year's Galaxy Nexus made headlines when it introduced the world to the highly anticipated Android 4.0, Ice Cream Sandwich software. Samsung seems to have a handle on creating devices that optimize the Android experience, and the original Galaxy Nexus was a perfect example of this.
Certain variants of the Galaxy Nexus have already been upgraded to Android 4.1 JellyBean.
Sprint customers who own the smartphone are still waiting for the update to roll out. Samsung issued a minor software upgrade last week in order to bring the carrier's version of the Galaxy Nexus up to speed.
It brought the device's software build version to number L700.FG01, and slightly tweaks its on-screen signal strength indicator, along with adding support for Sprint TV.
The update also changes the default settings on Wi-Fi and LTE making them "on" now that Sprint's LTE network is fully operational.
