The HTC Edge including ICS remains a rumor at this current time, but the device is impressive in terms of specifications.

It will feature a Tegra 3 processor, a 4.7-inch 720p Super LCD with optical lamination display, 32 GB of storage, 1 GB of RAM, microSIM slot, 8 MP rear shooter capable of filming in 1080p, 720p front camera, Beats by Dre Audio, Bluetooth 4.0, an 1800mAh battery, NFC and ICS.

The HTC Edge should launch in the first quarter of 2012, according to the website. The HTC Ville is expected to launch in April of 2012 and will be impressive in the specifications department.

It is set to include a 4.3-inch qHD Super AMOLED display, a 1.5 GHz dual-core Snapdragon processor, 8 MP rear shooter, HSPA+ and a 1650mAh battery. It will feature metal construction with a body less than 8 mm thick and will come with ICS pre-loaded, according to the latest rumors.

The final device officially confirmed to include ICS is the ASUS Eee Pad Transformer Prime, a tablet known for its Tegra 3 processor rivals iPad 2’s A5 chip.

Transformer Prime includes a quad-core processor making it the first tablet on the market to do so. It will also be the first device to launch with ICS pre-loaded on it after the Galaxy Nexus smartphone.
